I clicked not knowing what to expect and then I saw "InfoWars.com" and I knew this was going to be good
Already have to wait fifteen seconds between clicking a link and having anything happen.
Note that that's not the time it takes to go to a new web page.
I don't really mind having Slow internet. In my experience, it's not been all that bad.
(then again, I sometimes post from my dad's ipod, which is much faster, but I view that more as being "fast internet" than being "standard internet" and Nova Computadorus being slow. A privilege, a reward for chores. I can totally see why those of you with fast internet would be worried about all your internet becoming all slow.)
I do hope that people become less reliant on the internet, and I do resent its dominance over other forms of communication, media, and information, though... but not enough to be against net neutrality.
Also, my mom's work is heavily affected by the internet, so destroying the internet would crash it. (Yes, I realize that's a terrible reason to change your position on something, and yes, I realize how un-empathetic that is.)

A lot of people's work is affected by the internet and the speed thereof, Aliroz.
Eh, it's more that I don't really know what any of them do, and even if you told me, it's hard to wrap my head around without actually hearing the results as I'm turning the knobs.
Right now I can get like, the synth sound from "Sweet Dreams Are Made of These", and nothing else.
you will notice that the Filter section has those same knobs. they do the same things, but instead they move around the frequency of the filter. this may sound like mumbo jumbo but you'll understand better when you try it out.
there are also frequency (freq) and resonance (res) knobs. if you move the freq. knob down it will remove more and more of the high end of the sound.

you see all the knobs labeled A D S and R?
those control the envelope of the sound or a filter.
a is attack, or how fast the sound comes in
d is decay, or how fast it peters out
s is sustain, or how much it peters out
and r is release, which changes how fast the sound stops when you stop playing a note
so like if you move the R knob in the amplifier section all the way down and you play a note, the note will stop as soon as you stop playing it
give it a try!
Alright.
I might as well, honestly.
