why is sonic a glossy yellow
he looks like he's been dipped in school bus paint

If I my neighbors are to blast music, I would really prefer the music they blast isn't crap like this:
Why is bluegrass so good and country so bad?
because almost all modern country exists to pander to a specific audience of boring conservative people who style themselves "rednecks" even though they live in the suburbs.
There are exceptions of course (Daughn Gibson) but they're few.

I tend not to ride many rides when I go amusement parking anyways, so...
Actually, I think just exploring the place would be a lot more fun than a typical trip there with other peoplefolks
I mean, it would. Exploring an abandoned theme park is blasted onto my bucket list that I'll probably not get around to actually doing. I'm just saying that it'd be less fun completely alone than with people to share the experience with.
You are in a café. You heard in history class that one of the dictators here, long before the wars or the redoubt, had once systematically beheaded some conspirators against him at dinner, and you thought you could do the same. But as it turns out, killing people is unpleasant, let alone with a sword, so you just used your father's revolver. Perhaps you are not cut out to be a dictator, or at least not a normal one.

i've been reading SCP articles for the better part of the past 10 hours and none of them scared me at all until i hit one with a z grade jump scare at the end
though the one with the dudes who tried to get to alpha centauri in a bus made me feel a sort of profound melancholy that is still sitting at the back of my mind
im reflecting over pieces of fiction that have scared me in a manner other than "BOO SPOOKY PICTURE CUZ SLEEPIN IS FOR SCRUBS" and every last one has involved someone being prevented from dying by some means or another
though the one with the dudes who tried to get to alpha centauri in a bus made me feel a sort of profound melancholy that is still sitting at the back of my mind
yeah that one is fucked up.
scp is kind of like lovecraft in that i like it but it doesn't really scare me per se. i've conditioned myself to feel uneasy reading scp, though, it's weird

I actually don't think I've read that one.
I stopped reading the site for a while though because it was actually making me jumpy. I have a very low horror threshold.
When Buzzfeed successfully becomes the world's fourth suicide cult based around computer companies (Facebook, Google and Apple preceding, and Yahoo following), this will be their Bible.

You're just saying that because you have to disagree about everything.
If you say, "A good ten years of my childhood would have to disagree with you." turn to page 74
If you let NEEDLESS DRAMA get the best of you and say, "No,, sometimes I really do think in ways that are inconceivable to you, and it quite bothers me that you imply that I only disagree to be disagreeable, as if someone as smart as me couldn't possibly disagree with you on something so obvious", go to page 105
If you say, " Actually, I really enjoy those games, and nothing can change the fact that I like what I like and BWAHAHAHA IMMA CHAINSAW YOU COW! TIME TO BE A XHEEZBORGER!", turn to page 121.
Look man, as a person who once waited for years for the next Tennis Shoes Among The Nephites book to come out, I'm no one to criticize anything for bring a laughingstock.

The character has still become a joke, though
