the 3, 6, and 4 are his stats in Administration, Diplomacy, and Warfare respectively. 6 is the max for any stat, and my current duke (Johann, who is hardcoded into the 1444 start) is a 1/0/1, so I am happy about this.
Someone retweeted Red Letter Media's review of the Tranformers Franchise, and for a second I was afraid they were the huge ultra long kind and I was going to have to hear talking points from them for the rest of my life every time Transformers was brought up.

Apparently Lindsey Ellis and Dan Olson were planning to do a little web series together solely revolving around dissecting the Transformers series from a feminist critique/communications theory angle. I don't know if they just haven't gotten to it yet or it didn't pan out, but I would watch the heck out of that.
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
...I had a weird dream where my mother tried to give me a mousepad

That would have actual value beyond giving misogynistic pseudointellectuals something to mindlessly repeat.
How do Touhous shoot all that stuff all over the screen
Magic!!
Speaking of which, stoned!Miko watched a Twinkle Star Sprites replay and wrote another post in her shmups thread, which were, respectively, awesome, and kinda difficult.

basically i always kinda figured decent optical mice removed any reason to use a mousepad

Eh, RML's not completely vapid. I just don't see the appeal in how any of the guy's critiques are presented. It's just not interesting to me.
Of course, Olson's stuff is at least funny even when it's not great; and while Ellis ain't my cup of tea a lot of the time, she is at least clever. To whit, while both have schticks, neither are remotely as intrusive, and both get a lot deeper into the theoretical meat of their subjects (warranted or not) than most other video review people, so... yeah.

You could punch people in the face while saying correct mathematical equations, and it wouldn't be a worthy pursuit.

I don't think your hatred is being particularly well placed here. Your incredulity may be warranted, but the continuous righteous indignation... it's not even annoying me so much as making me ask if you ever get tired of it.

I wouldn't hate it so much if it didn't have a feverish cult surrounding it and if it wasn't such bottom of the barrel trash.
It's funny that they hate Michael Bay, because he is about 75% as hateful, tasteless, misogynistic, and juvenile as they are, and has about as much insight into film making.

I'm not sure that I want to go down this road, but at the end of the day, is it really worth getting angry that something you don't like has fans? Unless that thing is, you know, Stormfront or the WBC or climate change denial, then yes, it probably is.
I would prefer to live in a world where I did not have to hear about how brilliant and amazing and wonderful RLM are. People who like it can go on liking it, but I, personally, never want to hear about them again.
Also you can literally not complain about it on places on the internet without people throwing fits.
Ah. OK.
I can understand being frustrated by that, yes. But I have noticed that you tend to get a little shrill when it comes up. I get why you would come to that point, but essentially accusing people of being terrible, sick individuals for liking a thing that makes you uncomfortable is not a good tactic for making people understand why it skeeves you out.

If people would shut the fuck up about it for five seconds, I would be less outrageously sick of it and more willing to hear them out.

This is my problem and not anyone else's.
OK.
However... I am curious as to what contexts would involve you being constantly exposed to rabid RLM fans that wouldn't leave you the option of avoiding them.

Twitter.
The internet critic thread I use to talk and get updates on internet critics.
Every time a character has a weird face in fiction and someone remembers the meme.
Any time someone tries serious criticism.and it gets commented on.
