also steam is being a massive pain in the neck and i don't understand why so i am not in the best of moods right now, so my inability to interpret this graph is causing me irrational anger

i clicked the 'disconnect' thing, then avast was still running so i figured that probably wasn't what i meant to do, so then i tried to reconnect and it wanted a password which i can't remember, so i asked to reset my password, clicked the link in the email, was told the process would continue in avast, but instead avast got stuck on a blank page for some reason
really i have absolutely no idea what i'm doing on this computer like 90% of the time, and whenever i look for other people having the same problem it's either not relevant to me or it's in complete gobbledegook computerspeak

That's the entire content of their password recovery page. Like, literally their entire content. No instructions for if the operation *doesn't* continue.
The AVAST forum is currently offline and will remain so for a brief period. It was hacked over this past weekend and user nicknames, user names, email addresses and hashed (one-way encrypted) passwords were compromised. Even though the passwords were hashed, it could be possible for a sophisticated thief to derive many of the passwords. If you use the same password and user names to log into any other sites, please change those passwords immediately. Once our forum is back online, all users will be required to set new passwords as the compromised passwords will no longer work.
This issue only affects our community-support forum. No payment, license, or financial systems or other data were compromised.
We are now rebuilding the forum and moving it to a different software platform. When it returns, it will be faster and more secure. This forum for many years has been hosted on a third-party software platform and how the attacker breached the forum is not yet known. However, we do believe that the attack just occurred and we detected it essentially immediately.
We realize that it is serious to have these usernames stolen and regret the concern and inconvenience it causes you. However, this is an isolated third-party system and your sensitive data remains secure.

I thought maybe it was supposed to just be a fun bit of trivia, but the juxtaposition of Twilight among those classic works of literature seems to suggest someone was actually trying to make some kind of point about the former
oh come on, Naney and Aliroz and Sredni were apparently able to draw conclusions from that graph, is it nice to keep me in the dark like this?
The use of varied vocabulary does not automatically make a work technically skilled or well-plotted, although works with those qualities, especially older works, tend to exhibit a fairly varied vocabulary.
Also, note frequency of new words relative to length.

Absolutely true.
I would say that this has strong shades of both, but you are right that it does feel more like a techno record as far as the actual beat timbres and textures go... although there is a kind of basement tape house vibe going on in the slowed-down sounds and samples, and how some of the tracks progress can really go either way.

Sometimes I worry that Hanna-Barbera funny animal cartoons and Tom and Jerry aren't really objectively better than UPA or Rocky & Bullwinkle or the work of Total TeleVision because nostalgia biases me towards the former
I had a sneaking- mostly baseless- suspicion it was because my mom doesn't like her but the stated reason was because she didn't have any room to run around, which I kind of agree with but it's still disappointing.

update on steam: disabling avast did not fix the problem. opening with tcp instead of udp did not fix the problem. bewildered here
if so that's disappointing, since i just paid to download a whole bunch of RPGMaker related accessories and now I can't download RPGMaker itself
and i suppose the humble bundle will expire before i go home and i'll have wasted my money. hmph
well, thanks. that's a huge relief, honestly
