The infuriating thing about having the internet taken away is that like who am I going to complain about it to, my internet friends? Using my phone's data is pushing it so I can't use it too often. But it's one of the few ways I can blow off steam.
learning about MTG update: Blue is definitely moving up in terms of colors that i like. blue/black is nice, but i can't seem to quite get the hang of mono-black
I like black, blue, and combinations thereof.
I'm pretty bad at Magic though. Plus, of the major card games that I play and actually enjoy it might be my least favorite.
I'm remembering that my result of my test had few result that were average, most were out of the average, going as low as 4%... On the bright side, two score were 99% which isn't bad I guess

And now I'm having nightmares about Naney with a mill deck (which is basically all black/blue does these days).
You are playing an entirely different game from your opponent, Naney. Any deck that relies on non-standard win conditions muddles with most conventional strategies. That's why they tend to be so effective; most players and most decks aren't prepared for such ploys and panicking results. These days, I use my infect deck (which wins via poison counters -- you don't need to know what those are yet) against decks that are too good for anything else.
As for enemy combinations, I'm quite partial to Black/White (AKA Orzhov AKA Lifegain until the end of time) and Blue/Red (AKA Izzet AKA Spam Spells until the end of time)
I really would like to see a mill deck go against a Golgari (Black/Green) deck.

i know what those are, the deck i picked up IRL a while back was a black/green one that used them IIRC
i gave up learning to play after breaking up with bunny because i was mostly learning because i knew that he played the game >_>
(Don't worry, I won't wangst much more after this)
I wonder if it's a coincidence that the first thing my mother does when she's mad at me- taking the computer- basically amounts to cutting me off from my friends.
More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
One day she will be alone and she will have no cute little boy to talk to or take care of her or like her or give her company or tell her that he loves her. It will be her fault. ^_^
Coincidentally, my first deck IRL was also a poison deck (which my friend picked up instead of the one that I wanted). It's Blue/Green, which works a fair bit better than Green/Black imo.
Blighted Agent + Giant Growth + 3 Mutagenic Growths = a priceless look on your opponent's face.

Dawkins is often like a human standing in the midst of a cage of chimpanzees, having to coexist in a society that is dominated by chimpanzees whilst all the time knowing that he should be their leader, but the prime quality that makes him worthy of being a leader is also the one that causes them to reject him. Even sadder, the chimpanzees don't even understand that they are only chimpanzees. It's not even that they refuse to understand it, they simply don't have the intellect.

I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat

"It would be extremely painful"
"You're a big guy, ergo you should be able to stand that pain"
"What I meant is that it would be painful for you, since I would beat you up if you removed my mask"

That is a trick question. There is no such proverb, because defeat is something that happens to others, not to Klingons.
I don't play them as much anymore.
I also like black/green for a more nontraditional combination.
