  Wait, it was something like she mentioned that she had to take the computers away when she went to bed, I told her I have a report to do and need more time, she yelled at me for not doing it earlier, and also the fact that I left the door open overnight a while ago and the fact that I woke her up last night because I realized the dog needed to go out even though it was one in the morning.

  
  I can understand getting annoyed by being woken up at night but she seems to be actively, personally offended by it.

  So, it's a short term balm for your pain, but it inflicts scars of its own. But you have no other balm. I really don't know what to say to help you here. I would end up doing the same thing, sadly. The long-term best choice is easier said than done...

  Constant unabated aggression can still be pretty successful if you play monored or something!

  Ah, there's the problem. You're probably not leaving enough creatures behind for blockers. Green's fast at damage, but not Red fast, so it can't go full aggro every turn.

  If you get cockatrice, you can always practice with "start local game". Although one of the differences between cockatrice and DOTP is cockatrice won't automatically handle all the rules and such for you. But cockatrice has all the cards ever, so you have a lot more options.
