Basically, if there's a card that say 'creatures you control get +1 toughness' or a card that says 'creature enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter', then it resolves and it stays on the battlefield.

The only relationship I've ever had was a long-distance one for half its existence. Didn't end well. To be honest, it probably wouldn't have lasted anyway if we had stayed in the same city. Both of us were immature in different ways.
I love music without lyrics, but incomprehensible lyrics are the next best thing.
I like J-pop (specifically anisong) but I don't know Japanese and I don't care to know what the lyrics mean. I like it for the music.
Fun fact: I ran across a royalty-free song that's supposed to be an imitation of Ke$ha's style. I like that song more than I like Ke$ha, because the lyrics are generic sappy romance stuff, rather than, say, the stuff in Tik Tok's lyrics. And I like the music of Tik Tok.
Sometimes I run across a song (in English, even) where the point that appeals to me is the lyrics, while the music is not really something I like, and I kinda struggle to like it.

I'm gonna ask ignatius, he knows more about Magic than I do.
