The sarcastic asshole in me wants to send a holler telling the mods that someone accidentally moved an RP thread to Yack Fest.
I did actually PM Bobby after the third time Ozbourne said she was going to stop and didn't, and he actually did come by for a warning. Though it didn't stick. (It still bothers me how that took literally five tries or more, and even now I don't think she really got the point.)

Probably not a bad idea, either one. You could ask them to stopony, which could work, and get a mod if they don't. That seems to have a decent success rate. Or if all else fails, stomp in there yourself and drown out their Homestuck with another strain of conversation (which can be effective, though occasionally distasteful). Waiting for it to pass is an option too, of course, but it's not the only option.

I've considered the "separate thread" idea in the past, but I didn't want to end up chasing away Ozzy or Aondeug. (As they're fun to talk to, when they're not Vriska and Kanaya)
Ozzy is never not Vriska anymore. It's kind of sad, like that Batman arc where Bruce Wayne was framed for murder, so he just decided to be Batman 24/7.
Except--with apologies to my dark lord Hussie for slighting his chosen and fattened consort--Batman is always much more awesome than Vriska.
