    my fingers are boringly unflexible

    they only bend inwards
  • More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
It hurts if I bend them backwards. ^_^; But, at times I've done it to alleviate swollen-ness discomfort due to temperature sensitivity through pain.
  • My thumbs bend a bit more outwardly than the average human. That's about it on the weird hand front.

I can do some weird things with my eyelids though.

I wonder if there will ever be an official word on Wriggle Nightbug's sex. Probably not. *shrug* Zun says she is a girl though, so I don't get headcanons where she is a trans male.
  • More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
or maybe... Wriggle is a trans male who doesn't know it yet :O
  • More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
A fan fic about Wriggle being trans, that would be good. UwU

hmmm, maybe Wriggle is just a very androgynous girl after all. *le shrug*

I know you didn't intend it this way but the way you phrased that sort of makes it sound like you're throwing the non-binary types under the bus, which I don't think is your intention.

@Anonus: I'm not sure if it's "supposed to be" anything other than a track of background music in the Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle NES game (in contrast to the second track which is a remix of the TV theme song), but that's what it is.

Also, it's not even the worst track in the game, but I can't find that on the internet right now.  Except via NSF files.  It's track 7 in there: http://www.zophar.net/music/nsf/adventures-of-rocky-and-bullwinkle-and-friends-the.html

but does the unlimited blade work?
    i pray that it does
i can't hold hands with it
making a weapon like that would be painful
i don't know if i'd be dead or alive at the end of it
even so, i'll do it over a thousand times

i am the bone of my sword
  • The Party -- The legendary heroes who slew The Iron Lich, banishing his soul forever:

Simon The Vagabond -- Knight who took a vow of poverty, known all across the continent for his great deeds. His sole possession was The Blade of Heaven, a lightning-imbued sword forged to steel from the iron of a meteor, and blued to a near pitch black. Was killed during the assault on the Lich's pyramid, where he died fighting The Iron Lich himself.

Meitzerin Mimilah "Mimi" Gogsberg -- Meitzerin of the Gogsberg clan of Bracken witches, one of the most powerful pyromancers to have ever lived, travelled with her familiar, the elemental Cinders.

Cinders -- Mimi's familiar, an unusually tame fire elemental.

Khalifah, the Bandit King -- Self proclaimed King of Rogues, Khalifah was an expert thief and trapper, about whom little else is known. Was killed during the assault on the Lich's pyramid.

Cz'miersz -- Former leader of a Clothid war-band, an expert soldier, and a deadly spearman in particular. Was killed during the assault on the Lich's pyramid.

Sun'durg Ipt-Ash -- Grappur Dwarf shaman, was capable of calling upon the powers of storm. A hermit, who returned to his home--a far-flung cave in the canyons--after helping to defeat The Iron Lich.

Lockhard, The Squire -- A young knight apprentice sent to aid Simon the Vagabond. Lockhard ended up raising the knight's daughter after her father's death, and never ascended to knighthood himself.

    Other Heroes:

Sanctified Petra -- Simon's daughter. Though not strong enough to wield her father's sword physically, she can channel its lightning magics into deadly thunderbolts. Wields a morningstar for melee combat, if it becomes necessary.

I sense a bias towards spellcasters being, well, alive.

tbh I mostly just read it as a condemnation of anyone who--god forbid--doesn't quite have their gender figured out yet.

yeah, that too, though I think the intent is an attack on a particular person who said that particular thing to her

it's just that using "never told anyone here to call her a boy, not even once in all three years she has been here" as a legitimacy thing is actually really shitty!

did you guys skip the context? she was responding to McMacho who referred to her using a male pronoun, not attacking non-binary peeps
  • I seem to recall her saying to refer to her by male pronouns for convenience back when she wanted to reveal as little about herself as possible.

actually yes.  this is a huge thread, and i can't remember every post on it.
  • imagei will watch the heck outta this pumpkin patch
it is a huge thread, that's true
  • “I'm surprised. Those clothes… but, aren't you…?”
Also, um... she and Imi are extremely close, so her wailing on non-binary or questioning peeps seems unlikely? I may not always agree with Miko's attitude on things, but I would never accuse her of that...
  • her intentionally doing so is pretty unlikely.  I just overreacted over a minor accidental turn of phrase because I'm kind of insecure about this stuff right now.

    understandable

Questioning/genderqueer posters, I'm sorry my post was offensive. I really just wanted to bitch about not being seen as "seriously" female. Whatever, I'm pretty used to worse tbh, I just expected something different on this thread I guess. I am being bitchy. Ignore me or something.
I seem to recall her saying to refer to her by male pronouns for
convenience back when she wanted to reveal as little about herself as
    possible.
I said "use whatever you want" and then a very confusing incidence of circular confirmation caused most people to decide I was male, as much as I told them not to decide such things.
  • More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
I know, I am a whiny awful bitch. u_u One day I will be dead, or banned, or otherwise shunned, so you won't have to deal with me anymore.

I was always under the impression that most people were either aware that you were genderqueer (and referred to you by male pronouns because it's what everyone else did) or thought that you were female. I dunno, maybe I'm just projecting.

nah, not a whiny awful bitch, you just phrased things in a way that made me twitchy.
