Do you ever have a thing where, like, someone will seem like they know what they're talking about, but then they'll throw something out there and suddenly you're like "wait, now I can't take anything you say seriously."
Like the other day I was reading some comment threads about software and bug patches and some guy mentioned that back in the day he saw Firefox 2 as "matching toe-to-toe with IE7" and I was like "goddammit, now I can't trust that you know what you're talking about!"

Seriously, I can barely run Firefox on Novus Computador. La Computadora couldn't even run Firefox. WIndows Explorer works great for me.
(La Computadora is an IBM Compy 286 upgraded to a 386 so it could run Windows 3.0 (and some stuff from 3.1 which allowed it to use internet explorer 2). Novus Computador is a brand spanking new Windows 95 that blows my mind with its speed and power.)
Novus Computador even has the Plus Pack! I can run from internet explorer 1 to internet explorer 3 on it; and so much better than La Computadora. SO yeah, I gots speed and variety.
I plays steam on my mom's laptop. Someday, I might even be able to upgrade Novus COmputador to a shiny Windows 98! An get the mystical gigabyte of information!
