You know, in UPS WorldShip, if you enter a city name and ZIP code that don't match, it will throw up an error message.
I just kinda wonder...why does it matter? Does UPS actually use ZIP codes, i.e., a system created explicitly for their competitor's use?

Heh, I actually have to use both systems for work (because some customers insist on shipping things FedEx for whatever reason), but I haven't encountered that yet because I usually just type in the ZIP code and let it fill in the city and state on its own. :V

It does raise the question, though: if there's only one valid city and state combination the system will accept for each ZIP code, why does it even have you enter them separately?

I was thinking the same thing, actually. It would certainly make it easier to catch an error.
"Age of consent" implies that your thoughts and feelings don't matter if you're not a certain age.
No, it doesn't. The intended meaning is that it's not true consent if you're too young to grasp the full implications of what it is you're consenting to.
Children are less mentally developed and less experienced than adults. Fact. Yes, people mature at different ages, and yes, some adults are stupid and grossly irresponsible, but below a certain age you're really not ready to handle responsibilities like, say, childbirth, any more than you are driving a vehicle.
(None of which is to say age of consent laws are without problems. Any version of the laws which brands a child a sex offender for having sex with someone his or her own age is severely fucked up, for instance.)

Man, I love the Pokémon in this game, most of them are even better than the official ones. Shame the development time is so slow
:(
Just kidding, we'd watch Band Geeks.
Punching time?
Punching time!
(punching the Tennessee government, not the LGBT students.)

Everybody uses ZIP codes.
