It looks centered at first glance, but so does the Sony Pictures thing, until you compare it with the steps below it. And there's no such point of reference for the "COLUMBIA".

Weird oversized detour signs. This one especially--the arrow is huge but the street name is tiny.
I found this odd--everything on the School zone sign is in FHWA except the "20"
A weird narrow shield for OH 256. And another one. It's hard to tell in the photos, but both are actually one-piece signs rather than sign assemblies.
