As far as I know, the US hasn't actually had a national speed limit since 1995; that kind of thing is determined at the state level.
I know Ohio is/was considering bumping ours from 65 to 70, but I don't really follow traffic law news for other states so I haven't heard anything.

I certrainly would like to see Ohio's speed limit raised, FWIW. Except Pennsylvania, all our neighboring states already have a 70 mph limit, while ours (aside from the Ohio Turnpike) is capped at 65 mph even on straight, flat rural Interstates.

...I'm at that point again where I miss the summer time again.
It sucks because there's only a couple weeks left of winter quarter, but after only a week of spring break I'll have to start spring quarter and another three months till summer.

I doubt it's a "racist" thing. The Jehovah Witnesses have been accepting of people of all colors BEFORE it was cool. Racial equality as taught through the Bible was one of their pivotal teachings at the beginning, and they're all about the race diversity in their art about Eden on earth:
I think whoever first drew Jesus for them didn't have a great idea of what someone from that time would have looked like, and it sort of stuck with Jehova Witnesses art depicting that time.
