You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
I'm hard to hear in places because the music is too loud, and it still sometimes locks up for a couple seconds, but it's a huge boost in quality over the last episode.

That's real sweet of you but no one I know plays YuGiOh, it'd just sit in my box, which already has too much stuff I don't need (including YuGiOh cards) in it.
because there are like eighty-bajillion different cool combos you can pull off and there's just loads of weird synergy and flexibility that really rewarded creative thinking
Which, imo, is one of the main problems that TCGs have. Everything is geared toward competitive play, and as such it makes the game less fun for people who don't sink a ton of money into it.
and that's especially a big deal with yu-gi-oh because there's such a huuuuge power difference between well and poorly optimised decks, like 75% of the strategy is in super fine-tuned deck building and not in the actual playing of the thing.
like if you remember teleDAD vs everything non teleDAD
Teleport Dark Armed Dragon (often abbreviated to TeleDAD) Decks use "Emergency Teleport" (abbreviated E-Teleport or E-Tele) to quickly Special Summon Psychic-Type Tuner Monsters, usually "Krebons". The Tuner Monsters are then used with cards like "Destiny Hero - Malicious" or "Elemental Hero Stratos" to Synchro Summon Synchro Monsters, while at the same time putting DARK monsters in the Graveyard to Special Summon "Dark Armed Dragon". "Dark Armed Dragon" is then used to clear the opponent's field and attack for game. If done correctly, this can occur as fast as one to three turns.
this deck was so fucking nasty
it had nigh infinite flexibility, searching power and field control and it just dumped 2500-2800 ATK beatsticks onto the field like usually once or twice a turn
Before the March 2009 Lists, this was the top Deck of the Shonen Jump Circuit, where it was not uncommon that almost all of the Top 8 of many tournaments were using one of these Decks.

I'm not really super up to it, but I'm bored, so why not

Mario
it's a fun game. & Sonic at the Olympic Games?
MUST HAAAAAVE
this is not as bad as I was sort of expecting it to be, but I'm not sure I could sit through a whole mixtape of this.
We actually had a thread about it when this site was still new.

I think so anyway.
that was the period where I was totally out of the loop (as opposed to now where I'm just mostly out of the loop), so I actually don't remember that.
Naney if I do that you're making one too and we're dooling. |:|
