  I gate up on the 6360 for now. I'm almost certainly going to need to remove the hard drive and used the Mini to copy the files in to get it to boot anything but the Linux installer.

  This is such a problem because the 6360 is both an Old World machine and an IDE machine, and so quik (the proper Old World booter) won't work, or so I've heard. So I'm using BootX from OS 9.1, which requires the kernel and RAM disk image from /boot to work, but the Debian installer's HFS+ support is fucking up...

  Anyways, Dioptase makes a lovely shade of green.  Why Emerald gets all the attention and non-obscurity, and why emerald gets to be the official "green", I don't know.  Sheesh, fiction, stop just using "crystals" for magic power things; do some actual research into actual minerals.  Where's my dang Cerussite, fiction?  And why doesn't the spellchecker accept Cerussite?
