Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
I call dibs on being the Pokémon Trainer!
You can choose to play as one of 3 awe-inspiring Pokémon: Feraligatr, Serperior, or (shoot I can't think of just one to pick) ... Snorlax!

To fight with Ozzy is to master zoning. Use fast, weak moves to put your opponent exactly where you want them to be, then unleash a flurry of hits they'll never see coming. Exsanguinate your opponent to regain some health.

So I picked up Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations again today for the first time in forever. I didn't get very far, but it was still fun.

I thought they were just little energy crystals, but they could be dice. Though if they are dice, they look more like d8s than d6s.
^Oddly, I like Ace Attorney a lot, but I never actually played any of the Phoenix Wright games. Just Apollo Justice and Investigations.

Wait, is that an 8 on the back of her jacket? I can't believe I only just noticed that!

"Can't get past" meaning stuck on a particular puzzle/evidence presenting or something else?

So I'm "organizing" my favorite Pokémon again, and I find that the category I titled "King of the Monsters" has the most entries in it. I find it strangely amusing that I like the appeal of big, bulky, sort of Godzilla-esque Pokémon a lot.
Come to think of it, "King of the Monsters" would be an interesting title to have as a Pokémon trainer.
I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
This ID is nice, but things about it bother me:
Why is the "P" triangle gold, for instance? Also, when the big block of shapes turns into the UPN logo, the "P" triangle coming out seems to happen spontaneously unless you look closely.

To make a wild guess--and it really is just a wild guess--perhaps the P triangle was gold because "Paramount" was considered the most important of the three words in the network's name? (You're right, though, it does strike me as random.)
Also, for some reason that made me want to watch Penn & Teller. Not Bullshit!, but one of their magic specials.

Paramount was important, but at the time United Television/BHC Communications (a unit of Chris-Craft Industries, a boat making company) owned the network outright. (United/BHC owned the two largest stations in the network, WWOR in Secaucus, NJ/New York, NY and KCOP-TV in Los Angeles, CA. Both of them are now MyNetworkTV stations owned by Fox that probably run WNYW and KTTV's rejects)

Then I'm out of ideas.
(In retrospect it occurs to me that if Paramount was more important their name would have come first, but then they'd be "PUN" and that's not very marketable)

...Somehow I figured you'd be the first to respond to that.

waahhhh
Also, character designs. I'm drawing them. If you don't want me to draw you, just tell me.
I'd be the Confusion Fu-type character. My fighting style would basically be swinging a plastic sword around and stuff.
So just like me in Dystropia, basically.
I imagine it as a cloud of dust, sort of like its old "constellation" logo.

DAT METRO
The only thing is, though: I hope I can change the default font from Segoe to Rockwell. Metro and Rockwell together would make me squee with joy.
Mmmmmmm...cigarettes.
