I thought that you meant Twitter Marxists. This... does not particularly surprise me, given the attitude that some of those people take. There is having a bleak worldview and there is being a cod-nihilistic fuckwit and they cannot tell the difference.
Fun fact: In ancient times, scepticism was lumped in with the Epicurean and Stoic schools that focused on how to individually live one's life because it helped people do this.
