More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
Even the dog, yes, on those occasions when he comes back home from scavenging in the city junkyards and playing in a doggy heavy metal band that is named Viviseamus. :D
I have a love-hate relationship with TES's lore, but I really do adore just how much of it there is. Generally my biggest beef with it, though, is that while it very much appears to be "hard" fantasy, the actual laws governing TES's universe are absolutely insane, but insane in such a way that creates a reality superficially similar to our own. I can't really articulate why I have a problem with that, but if I had to guess it's because it sorta takes a halfsies approach to it; wanting to be seen as a hard fantasy series with a strict set of rules and principles governing it but also wanting to indulge in trippy soft fantasy weirdness.

Is it sacrilegious to put a Kindle on a bookshelf alongside dead-tree books?

Hah, so this happened.
It's kind of funny. On the one hand, I'm now published by something besides a school newspaper or an anthology for young writers. On the other hand, they picked the weakest poem out of the five I sent them (imho), and I'm frankly baffled by the commentary they put on it.

I really like Google's default launcher but I need the customization that Apex has so I can't use it (and I've heard that always on Google Now kills your battery)

What was I thinking when I made that one? The borders are much too thin for that type.

Kafkaesque? Really?
i liked that. especially
a thin splinter in the wind That will break at the very thought of living
also i can see where they come from with the kafka comment, it's that old chestnut of the unreachable bureaucratic (or at lleast the group decisions/suits create the impression of bureaucracy) authority handing out sentences for a crime we are never told about (or even if there is a crime - merely someone will die and that is decided for them.) in subject matter it sails p close to The Trial

I wonder if I will be punished by being tied to the moderators' shared bed and spanked. owo
I like this series but I'm a little uncomfortable of what feels like a heavy-handed parodying of antidiscrimination laws.
Pfft.
Don't be politically uncorrect.
