I wish I had people to text besides just my family

Mom actually pays for unlimited texts for all our phones, because my sister texts constantly and kept going over on our old plan

But I end up using like 12 of my unlimited messages per month

maybe i need to train myself out of that kind of remark

it was just an offhand shitpost
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I have unlimited texting and send maybe 7 or 8 per month

    You're fine, I think

I only had to train myself out of it because I had a tendency to say them at inappropriate times

Basically, it just kinda went along with training myself to filter my thoughts in general, if that makes sense

i do worry that i am too literal

i actually spoke to a counsellor about this, and she said she wouldn't know what people meant under those circumstances either and that perhaps my problem was that most people would say nothing, whereas i just blurt out whatever without thinking

but i think i miss things other people would find obvious, because i'm not actually very used to social situations and there have been times i've thought about something at length and then arrived at a conclusion which, with hindsight, was completely stupid

    so idk

Red is actually a red plant girl, and her ship is currently out of fuel, so most of the game is taking place on the planet below.

I found a temple and desecrated it, taking the sacred remains of its inhabitants ancestors as pointless bling for my home.

    Just like real explorers :D

You know, I have to wonder if Indiana Jones ever saw the cultural harm he was doing by removing ancient treasures and shipping them off to jolly old england.

I've long wanted to write about a little girl exploring a hospital

Thing is I don't actually have a plot

Just this mental image of a child in a hospital gown walking along a deserted corridor at like 5 AM

    Indiana Jones is American, though

but yeah, there may be unfortunate implications involved

I say england though, because that would be the first place he mailed those priceless heirlooms.

shipping them to America is just asking for a disaster with all these ming vases.

Man, between that and my proper sleep schedule, I'm the "normal" one, the "straight man" to this comedy.

Law that keeps media from one area of the world isn't exactly a law I mind being broken.

The little girl is about 10 years old. She has long red hair that reaches halfway down her back. She stands at the end of a long corridor, a corridor with that same bland institutional appearance so many corridors in America have: beige walls, grey carpet, and an uninteresting drop ceiling with plain fluorescent lighting.

She's done this before. She knows her way around most of the hospital by now, but there's more to explore. She's no stranger to going places she's not allowed to go, but she's careful not to get caught all the same--which is quite a feat, as a ten-year-old in a hospital gown is not an easy sight to overlook.

What I'm getting at is that other people do certain things that in my view, are unusual, but nobody else sees anything strange about it.

Also, some people use the same password for multiple things, and some people eat cookie dough without cooking it first.

Oblivion Thieves' Guild > Skyrim Thieves' Guild

    definitely

yes. i havent gone through a lot of the skyrim thieves guild but its kinda uninspiring andfrom what i understand it just pans out into some daedric bullshit i dont really care about, whereas the whole Gray Fox thing was cool and then the final thieves guild mission in ob was incredible

i think the tone in skyrim is in general a bit darker so you have things like the thieves guild just being a bunch of asses. but i like the tone, it's more interesting than oblivion which could get a bit happy-tolkieny-fantasy for me some times. Skyrim is more like, big wars, nords doing a racism to the elves, everyone doing a racism to the khajiit, everyone is thieving stuff, it's cool, not like happy clappy multicultural empire where everyone loves each other which was much more boring, and if you wanted to be bad you had to be DB cartoon villain sithis worshipper bad.

i also like skyrim for the combat which is much meatier, and for the lack of leveling shit, so you dont have every bandit wandering around in full ebony armor by the end of the game. and also a proper hand to hand skill is nice. and you have morevariety to the caves + suchlike (though they stillget much of a muchness after a while)

i loved oblivion though. the world is still very well done. i liked to go down to Anvil and just sit around there and watch the sun set into the harbour which is kind of sad really but idc it was strangely beautiful
