Frankly speaking, I'd rather save the extra $5 to fund a kickstarter, a political campaign, a startup company, or something, rather than have a more delicious lunch.
But I'm aware that I don't live in a vacuum. What I do has impacts on other people, and what they do has impacts on me. So it's better that I make my choices strategically with these impacts in mind.
