Why in the world is it that when you want to change your password on a website; that said website has to send you an email asking "Is this really you? Click this to change your password"; and then if you change your password, more often than not you get an email saying "Password change accepted. Remember, your new password is (whateveryouputinasyournewpassword)".
Wouldn't that make it so that if someone broke in to your email, he or she would know your passwords to all the sites you require an email address for?
I mean there was some weird mildly misogynistic assumptions in the movie, and some religion stuff that didn't really work, but no, everything must be sacrificed on the alter of the plot hole.
Well, any website that sends you an email telling you your password (for example, when you apply for membership / get your own username/account) would be bad security, then.
Or like those websites that are like "Forgot your password? Put in your email address and click here".
I mean seriously, ugh, how do you like Red Letter Media, how do you do that.
I only saw a few minutes of Red Letter Media; and that was enough that I never wanted to see any more. I don't like it at all; but I have too little experience with it to really dislike it. I tend to try to avoid media I dislike.
Plot holes are something you point out and then laugh at with friends later. It's not an important criticism.
i do think this is a case by case thing
i can't think of any instance where a movie was seriously damaged by a plot hole but i wouldn't rule it out, if it was very continuity-reliant and the hole was very large
at the risk of sounding elitist, it always feels like kind of a wasted opportunity when ERB pits a famous historical figure against a 20th century American celebrity
i mean no disrespect to the late Bob Ross but there are so many famous and iconic painters they could have pitted Picasso against without alienating viewers. Bob Ross was most notable as a teacher, not an artist.
There was a brief school shooting at Arapahoe High School
*sigh*
why does Colorado have to be this hotbed of gun violence
I heard about this literally minutes ago. While I was not worried about your personal safety in the situation, I thought that I should see if you were all right...

Also I love MovieBob and he seems like a cool guy overall but he can be really condescending on his Twitter.
Also his tendency to complain about people praising the new Pope because it's "just human decency" really upsets me.
It's an interesting example of where I agree with the statement but not the sentiment. Pope Francis being as hands-on, progressive and genuinely decent as he is is a serious change of pace, even if these are no-brainer concepts to me as a person.
Well I think the purpose of Facebook is to post updates on your life, and stuff like photos or videos you want to share with your friends and relatives, while Tumblr is more for reblogging.
But everytime I look at my mom's facebook feed, she's friends with 20 people who all use facebook to post dumb political cartoons and generic inspirational quotes that are supposedly from famous people.
Apparently Eddie Murphy was at one point in talks to play the role of Winston Zeddimore in Ghostbusters.
That's a bullet dodged if I've ever seen one.
I mean Eddie Murphy was funny back then, but he would have put in the wrong type of performance, given how perfectly Ernie Hudson plays the part.
Agreed. As strange as it sounds, his performance was pretty subtle. Which, given the over-the-top nature of what he was both dealing with in-story and playing off of actor-wise, is kind of important.

Miley vs Joan of Arc was bland but catchy
regarding the raps themselves, Joan's was disappointingly weak
I may never recover.

How is that at all a good security system?
However, ime most websites don't do that.
Although obviously i don't know most websites.

maybe if it was completely ideologically repulsive, but even then i guess it could still be a good movie on a technical level
