In unrelated news, a lot of former Shiekdoms in Mauretania and Andalusia in my CK2 game have converted to Catholicism, leading to situations like Abdulhakam here becoming a Cardinal
some of them still get "Muhammad" and related derivatives as names sometimes, which really seems like it should be controlled by faith (much like some Christian names are in the game).
