I would, but I am going to sleep, which is a lot more fun than that. :) If you're asleep, you win! But if you argue on the internet, you already lost. ;D Good night. *snugglenuzzlehugcheekkiss*

    ^^1/2 an adult?

Well, I was only about 1/10 for awhile. It took a lot of growing, maturity, life experience and petty theft, but I finally got that 4/10.
How do you get the other 6/10?
Through nefarious means. Such as replying to a post several hours after the conversation is relevant.

I see people leave their cars running and unattended a lot in this town. Sometimes I'm tempted to take their car, drive it just one block, then park it there and walk away.

You know, don't actually steal the car, but mildly inconvenience the owner and let them know that it could have been stolen.
  • is anyone here?

i'm real bleh right now and i want to talk about stuff to take my mind off of things.

    I'm here.
  • For once, or maybe twice, I was in my prime.
    I'm mostly okay.

To be honest, there's an email I need to write which I'm putting off, for reasons that I know are irrational.

I'm listening to a playlist I made, which I'm planning to give away for my birthday, which is coming soon.

As Princess, it's part of my duties to meet with Santa Claus once a year, you know

I've done it every December since my coronation but it still makes me kinda nervous...visiting the one person in the Northern Hemisphere whose magical powers far outperform my own, you know?

I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
Santa Claus never seems to drop by the Communications Center

He's never invited me to his place either

Doesn't he know that I own some of the old Rankin-Bass Christmas specials now?

    idea spill ahead:

I have thought for a long time that Santa Claus is not a person but rather a title, and that it is passed from generation to generation of powerful wizards who do what they do out of a duty to form the world's children into upright human beings, ensuring that kind people live in the world.

I actually had a reckoning of Santas Claus I had written up once for a christmas novella I never finished writing.

  • I actually really like Christmas! It's probably my favorite holiday but I never really get to celebrate it particularly well.

You should just show up unannounced

Board the North Pole & Southern Railway and then show up and by like "Hey, Big S.C., what's the haps?"

Ooh, I like this! Headcanon accepted.
  • The film Arthur Christmas uses a similar idea. Santa's a title passed down through the family in that case.

The current Santa's real name is Malcolm.

I love Christmas, too. For a while, I couldn't understand why anyone wouldn't like it.

Mo, do you listen to much mariachi? I got Mariachi El Bronx's first album on your recommendation, and I really like it.

    I freaking LOVE Christmas.

It's like...well, you guys know me. How could I not love a time of year when we get to adorn ourselves in bright lights and shiny decorations and engage in all these sorts of ritual celebrations?

Honestly other than that single album my exposure to Mariachi is dreadfully small. If you have any recommendations yourself I'd love to hear them. I always like exposing myself to new styles of music, not to mention great sample material.
  • maybe if it didn't match up with your religious beliefs

    HOWEVER

I'm agnostic but I still enjoy Xmas, so make of that what you will
