  So I used system restore to set my computer back almost a month and downloaded Malwarebytes. Once I finished the scan, I realized that none of the 1500+ infected files were selected. Rather than lose the fifteen minutes dedicated to scanning or risk screwing the computer up more, I selected every file by hand.
