I'm cold
You know what would warm me up fast? Cuddling with Anonus! ^_^
But unfortunately I must settle for some hot tea u_u
Honestly, I kind of prefer being black to African-American. That, after all, mixes us up with people who actually came to this place from Africa. As in, they were born there and have actual memories of the place and lived on the soil and know people from there.

I am greatly saddened by the demise of the second best (and third most important) character in the new Percy Jackson series: that unnamed bronze knife that has continually been insignificant since book one and has been unimportant for seven straight years in-series.
Man, there are scarves more plot-essential than you, unnamed bronze knife.

Warmth is good
But I always worry that things that make me feel good mean I'm bad
Or Fossilmaiden, but she doesn't talk about 999 with me for some reason.
What is 999? Aside from a very big number.
9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors, one of the best games I've ever played. It's a mystery/thriller about nine people trapped on a replica of the Titanic with only nine hours to escape. Think Saw, but much, much better.

I actually quite like it. When it's bad it's really really bad but I think the good bits are worth it. Killing off a major character was a bold move; I'm hoping it sticks.
And there's no one universal "jumped the shark" indicator. Seems to me like a tangible details type deal, where people go after what's obvious rather than the ethos behind it.

Bleh, sorry Kex
It's just...FG has always been an exceptionally easy target for me >_>
I mean, if the writers can pull it off successfully, then all power to them. Change isn't always a bad thing. EEnE didn't automatically get bad when they stopped making it perpetually summer. If Vinnie's an engaging character, this might be good news for the show.
But to the average guy who doesn't really care about Family Guy, it looks like a sweeps move. Something to get the apathetic masses to give a care, not something that came out of a true devotion to do something different. Even if they did put a lot of thought into it, it's a bad look. Changing the cast says to the casual audience that they've run out of ideas with their vanilla line-up and have to change the cast to get some new flavor into it. It's as much of a sign of desperation as it a sign of possible renewal.
I actually used to watch and enjoy Family Guy pretty regularly. It's not a terrific show by any means, but it puts forth a certain kind of dumb humor I can usually appreciate pretty well.
Originally, as I grew older, I found myself liking Family Guy less and South Park more. Lately the opposite happened, mainly because Family Guy at its worst is boneheaded but South Park at its worst is often downright harmful.

Scientifically, if XY = Z where Z is Anny and Y is Hot tea, solve for X.

In any case, there is no way this will stick.
