Perhaps the owner of the local pizza place came across the one machine still in existence and installed it in his restaurant
Do you have any idea how easily that sacrifice slap-on-the-wrist is to abuse?
Considering the number of cards that force you to sacrifice a card, combined with things like donate or tainted sigil, it's not a question about whether it'll form a wicked combo, but which of its dozens and dozens of combos'll be the scariest. card would either be out of use or banned in a forthnight.

When they restored the Sistene Chapel, they removed a bunch of details, shading, and eyes; but apparently they decided to stay true to the original by keeping the naked people all naked.
Look, if you're going to remove one thing from the Sistene chapel, can it please be the nudity, instead of the details of the imaginary architecture?
I don't see how that is broken; any more than the "draw four" card in Uno.
What would be broken is if you could force your opponent to discard all blue cards.
In Magic (and most TCGs), how fast you draw cards is one of the major factors in determining who wins and who doesn't. The more cards you can access, the more card advantage (cards that you can readily access) you have. The more card advantage, the more you can screw over your opponent.
I'm not sure if there's a "choose a color; player discards all cards of that color from their hand", but it wouldn't be out of place as a high-level black or blue/black card.
And Yawgmoth's Will is a perfectly legitimate card, and I have no idea why you're complaining about it.

basically acts as the former. 'cept worse really, since it makes them take up valuable hand space.
And I too see no problem with "2B: Draw 10-15 cards."
EDIT: EDH is a totally different beast to 4-of-a-card. 4 Dark Rits in your graveyard? Have fun! Or in another way, how would you feel about somebody playing Protean Hulk in EDH?
I'll be honest, I was half-kidding with that. I know, Y's Will is a dangerous card. That's why I run it.
But Y's Will is nothing compared to Protean Hulk. At least with Will, you have to work to get those cards into your graveyard. I get what you're saying though. Hulk's not as scary without the ability to bring out 4-of-a-card.
removing detail from a classic work of art: completely unacceptable
drastically altering a classic work of art for the sake of censorship: even worse
I wasn't being serious there, I know it's art and shouldn't be messed with.
But, you know, there are several times that people went and put clothes on the nudes in the Sistine chapel after Michelangelo died, and did a dang good job of it enough that you can't tell what was actually Michelangelo and what was put on later (without good technology); and who tried to neatly incorporate it into his drawing instead of like, you know, getting a bucket of paint and just drawing a big X over certain parts.

I mean, look what they did to this person:
No eyes! No eyes! No eyes!
