playing a pretty standard CK2 game as Ireland. Not much has happened yet. The Anglo-Saxons took control of England again (a pretty standard happening) and I've united Ireland and made a merchant republic (The Republic of Dublin) as my vassal.

Also the Tanistry succession law has led to a situation where my prior king is my current king's grandfather's brother.
