I didn't really see it at first, either, but D&D Kobolds are itty-bitty lizard/dragon people. When I looked at it again after learning that, it made sense. Though I think someone mentioned in another thread that the original mythological kobolds were non-reptilian beast men.

About how much is dimensional cash in any particular currency we have here?
Lets see, a Primordial Dragon in the Mart Dimension would cost, in U.S. Currency, $557,500.00.
so 1 dc would be 100 cents or $1.00 dollar here.
Generally all money can be converted to DC so all beings, from any dimensions, can sell and buy items from each other in the Mart Dimension, so you can like buy almost anything they stock in the store...at your own risk.
And you can pretty much buy ANYTHING in the Mart Dimension, it's just a matter of "do you have what you need in order to not be harmed with the items you purchase?"
So yeah you can buy a Dragon, and whether or not it kills you depends solely on you.

" Though I think someone mentioned in another thread that the original mythological kobolds were non-reptilian beast men."
This is true. Originally it was probably little more than another name for "hobgoblin" or "house gnome", I.E. short people who do domestic chores for little gifts and play tricks on the home owners.
I think original or at least there was a version that lived in trees or where tree spirits. Also, there's kobolds of mines, which are pretty similar to dwarfs.
I'd cross my i's and dot my t's on this, but I gotta run a few errands before 2 PM.

@Viani: Interesting. And I like how taking care of this dragon requires "Instant Lava." It also seems to imply that there would be other elemental dragons.
Yeah, in game, you can buy a store, and with the DC profit you earn from it, expand the departments to sell different products. You can house a maximum of 20,000 shelves, whether it be 20,000 facings of Corn, or a random assortment of everything.
Hiring Employees will add bonus buffs to your store, protect your product and store, and enforce different effects to reduce many crisis that happen to the store.
Departments are different areas of your store that are licensed to handle your products, and increase the Popularity of the prods you are selling when you own that Department. Having a Produce Department allows Produce prods to gain a Popularity bonus. Having a Alcohol Department allows Alcohol prods to be sold and gains Popularity.

That's even funnier than the Instant Lava. I'm just imagining them watching TV and playing video games in their spare time.
The main thing that made me sad about the Tycoon games is that most of the wackiness was toned town to an acceptable E rating, in which if it was titled a T rating I could fit in wacky shit like Dragons, Black Market Specific items, Terrorism, Alcohol, Superalcohol and other things that a Mart has no business selling on a little kid's Wal-Mart Simulator game.

@ozymandias' master plan:
It is now my mindcanon that kobolds use the word "lizard" in the same way Ponies apparently use the word "pony".
That is, everylizard, and such.
*must leave nao*
*technically not, but I only have a minute left on the library computer*
Technically speaking they're some sort of vaguely dragon-related generic reptile folk.
But "lizard" is easier to say than that.
