here is some handy advice from me, if someone ever offers you te opportunity to get up at 7am, have a 2 and a half hour cycle ride through he pouring rain when it's freezing cold, then to drink a lot of wine, stay out in the club until 3am, then get up again at 7am the next day and go to university aand have to push a giant cart of fruit and vegetables halfway across campus, don't do that. thanks
