"Millennials need constant affirmation and positive reinforcement in order to feel like they are doing a good job. Thus, on a regular basis managers should tell their millennial staffers that they appreciated their input, liked their thinking or were effective in their execution. This will make them feel needed and valued."
"Millenials are a silicon based lifeform that can breathe fire and fly. They are coated in a thin layer of scales, and can kill with a look. Their teeth are razor sharp and their hunger unending. Do not irritate a millenial, for it will not hesitate to devour you."
You know, I don't think that the kids of today are necessarily any more narcissistic than the kids of, say, the seventies were back in the seventies. Where "kid" in this case, means "teenager".
I mean, sure, kids today seem to always be on facebook or myspace or twitter or imgr or tumbler or whatever; and they seem to post loads of pictures of themselves; but imagine if the kids of the sixties and seventies had the technology that the kids of today have.
Imagine, say, the fall of the berlin wall and how many pictures there would have been; all the blogs of it, and little videos of people with hammers.
Heck, imagine if the people of the 1630's had the technology to do the facebooking/myspace/twitter/imgr/tumbler/whatever; and how much they would have gone on about themselves.
Most of us do not like sunlight, except for Kanaya, 8ut she's weird like that.
I am a Crocodilian, from Earth.
Almost all of us like Sunlight, as it is essential for our bodies to work and for us to live. Our bodies can't function unless we stay in the sun long enough; and then when we start to get too hot, we move to the shade. Too hot, and we overcook and can't move. Too cold, and we go into torpor and can't move.

"It is a matter of grave importance that Fairy tales should be respected.... Whosoever alters them to suit his own opinions, whatever they are, is guilty, to our thinking, of an act of presumption, and appropriates to himself what does not belong to him." -- Charles Dickens
I actually like phi, and it doesn't belong in that list because it's a ratio. It's such a perfectly symmetrical ratio. (X+Y)/X is the same as X/Y. That number is one of the few that are flawless, in my view. That, three, and some other numbers.
