Names for geographic regions do not have historical dependency unless they are also political regions. It was called "Aquitaine" back then only because that's what the French called it.
The biggest part of H*R is the 205 Strong Bad Emails. Those run anywhere from under a minute to 5-6 minutes long; I know it takes me a day or two to get through them. Beyond that, there's maybe a few dozen toons, shorts and extras, as well as several Flash games (a few of which are Strong Bad Email spinoffs).
