Ok, I guess that's being a bit nitpicky seeing as how Benton's original Souvenir dates back to the 1910's, but still, ITC Souvenir still screams "IT IS THE 1970s OR LATER" to me.

I'm still around, but not for long since i should have been in bed hours ago.
I figure the 1970s thing is because the 1976 Columbia Pictures logo was one of the first high-profile logos to use Souvenir (I know I don't know of anything offhand that's older).
Probably not many, even though Columbia didn't really change the typography until 1993 or so. I guess people look at it and say "hey it looks old, let's go with it".

Now I'm wondering how plausible Souvenir being found on a business card in 1940s England actually is.
I guess it helps the 1981 logo's case that it lasted longer and is attached to better-known movies, I think (e.g. the original version of The Karate Kid, Ghostbusters).
