    “I'm surprised. Those clothes… but, aren't you…?”
@Miko: Pigs, elephants, ravens and octopodes are all mentioned. Good show.
  • My dreams exceed my real life
I was reading a story in bed, and finished it, and it spooked me.

Then I went down here and the biggest bug I've ever seen in Pennsylvania is flying around this room.

I consider this a bad omen.
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
    also this one

  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I've seen some pretty big bugs here in Pennsyltucky
  • I crashed into the stock market, sorry.
  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
    Hi Clock how goes it
  • Stock market is thoroughly wrecked.

Also, I started watching Breaking Bad.

    BrBa.

I watched the first episode sunday, and now I'm done with season 1 >.>

  • Touch the cow. Do it now.
I last watched TV in 2009, I think
  • I highly recommend Breaking Bad.

and this from someone who was skeptical of it. I first thought things like "Oh, how could people like it this much, pfft"

I watch AMC's the Walking Dead, and they have a talk show spin-off called "The Talking Dead" *hur hur hur"

and just recently, they made a talk-show spin off of Breaking Bad, called "Talking Bad" (Spurring humorous comments from myself, in which I just added talk or talking to the titles of tv shows) >..

and I was skeptical of it.

But not anymore, that was a story about me being a skeptic of Breaking Bad, I hope you enjoyed it, no refunds for the money you spent will be handed out.

More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
    I highly recommend Breaking Bad.
My sis said it was critically acclaimed and well written but I never watch TV like k.o.

I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat

    I highly recommend Breaking Bad.

The talk shows are a desperate measure on AMC's part to keep people watching, as little of their programming has enough value to be a real draw

I often confuse them, given that they are often in a similar size range. Crane flies might be bigger, though, although I think that there are several varieties... But in any case, they are still pretty much incapable of causing you any sort of harm, so I question the squashing.

This might be the first track in the whole series to use lead guitar like this.

  • when i was little ET made me cry so much i never watched it again

It was creepy, irritating, and can probably not feel pain, and would have been hard to get out of the house, where it could live out it's one function at this point of mating.
  • The sadness will last forever.
    meows
  • “I'm surprised. Those clothes… but, aren't you…?”
It can still feel pain, given that most living things above the level of fungi have the necessary receptors, but even setting that aside, killing something dumb and harmless because it is mildly annoying rather than shooing it away strikes me as mean.

If it makes you feel better, I usually apologize to insects when I kill them.

    bugs are tools of evil
  • “I'm surprised. Those clothes… but, aren't you…?”
    ^^ That's fair.

Things being hurt unnecessarily viscerally upsets me. It's kind of a reflex. Even the idea of killing the mice that invaded our house in recent years made me a bit sick.

I, too, apologize to the bugs I reflexively kill after that won't go away, in good faith knowing that they will hear and be receptive to my good wishes, exist happily in their current state of being totally and completely dead.
