I don't know why you're the only person here I regularly get sarcastic with, Kex
july is about the best time to shop for winter clothes at goodwill, because it's about when people start getting rid of cold weather clothes that they don't need.
Given an infinite number of spins, any choice will result in $3.75 being made per turn, regardless of which choice you make. Therefore, the deciding factor is how much you lose per turn, on average.
The losses for blue and green should be equal (ignoring the white portion), as the gross profit per turn for both of them are the same as their gross loss (is gross loss even a real term?), and their gross profits per turn are equal. Green should be losing more than either of them, as it loses twice the amount of money over infinite time. So, it falls to the white portion. And as the red table loses more to the white portion over infinite time than the blue table, the blue table is the most logical choice.

How does the situation change the casino changes the rules so that a bet on Red means you bet against Red. If it ends up on Red, you pay 93 dollars and 75 cents, if it lands on blue, you get 5 dollars and if it lands on green, you get 18 dollars and 75 cents.
Similarly, putting your chip on the Blue table is a bet against blue, in that you have to pay five dollars if it lands on blue, but you If it ends up on Red, you pay 93 dollars. If it lands on green, you get 18 dollars and 75 cents.
Similarly, a chip on Green is a bet against Green.
Now, if it ends up on white, you pay the price of your color. Those who put their chip on Red pay 93 dollars and 75 cents, those who put their chip on Blue pay five dollars, those who put their chip on Green pay 18 dollars and 75 cents.
Extra Credit: What if you can place both a bet for a color and a bet against a color on the same spin? For example, you bet for blue and against red. Or you could simply bet against red. Or you could simply bet for blue. What do, then?

Perfect Cherry Blossom is a much better game than Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. :) I was playing the lunatic mode and it is really fun, and also I got to the last boss surprisingly easily (even after losing two lives to enemies coming from offscreen). Either EoSD has too much BS in it (quite likely), or I am getting better at lunatic. PCB has several really great concessions:
-slowing down shows the hitbox -even after getting 11 lives, you can have an extra for every 200 point items (provided there is room for them) -bullet hitboxes are more consistent -boss health meters have different attack phases marked in different colors -a marker at the bottom shows the boss' horizontal position, removing the frustration of not being able to see where they are in the middle of a sea of bullets -the cherry power system, which periodically gives you a temporary shield (there are methods to induce it as well) -each shot type has two main attacks and two different spells, instead of one of each like before :D -there are slightly longer grace periods for deathbombing (up to a quarter of a second!! but it depends on the character) compared to the previous game's 0.1 second -Sakuya gets more bombs but Marisa gets less
Also, the scoring system in this game is fun, though a lot more difficult. :)

I used to hide my face and my entire body except my arms but now I don't care if people think I am not pretty.

People tend to get snippy with Kexruct, I don't know why.
It's kind of like how people tend to disagree with me.

I have no idea why. It just comes naturally to me.

What does betting against Green entail exactly?
-slowing down shows the hitbox
-even after getting 11 lives, you can have an extra for every 200 point items (provided there is room for them)

This is one of those song that I would skip while watching the show but I love listening by itself
