Of the four games I got I have two that I want to play a lot but can't because my siblings are obnoxious, one that I mostly lost the desire to play because it's starting to feel like a lot of grinding and one that I managed to finish because it was short.
I'm doing my "The Conquerer" challenge run (start as a Norse character at the old gods start, by 1066 be Norman and be the King of England. Your character cannot be named William). The first step here is to swear fealty to one of the two West Frankish Kingdoms. Do y'all feel that I should throw my lot in with Charles the Bald of West Francia or Louis The Stammerer of Aquitaine?
More people have said that and been killed than there are thorium decay products.
Maybe when I'm feeling masochistic I might.
Cave Story is actually really easy to beat if you are just taking the vanilla-flavored route to the end credits; anyone can get to the "bad" ending, and the "normal" ending takes a little more effort but you can do it. :D The "good" ending, I will admit, requires a little bit of skill and devotion.
If you know where all the weapons and power-ups are, you will always have enough resources to survive to the next save point, and bosses are just a matter of memorizing their pattern. :)
So far I have discovered three websites- all of which I'd want to check on a regular basis- that cause my phone's internet browser to outright stop working. Ugh. I hate not having a computer.
It'll happen someday, maybe. I won't rule it out, I did enjoy what I played of it but I was kinda turned off by how quickly things escalated in that one desert-y level where you meet Curly, I guess.
One thing I find weirdly charming about the older H*R cartoons is how they have preloaders for people on dialup. I remember those days...if you were lucky enough to have DSL available, you jumped on it, even if it was sub-1-megabit. Cable modems were still rare, and the service quality was awful (and just try using one if you weren't running Windows 98).
Let's say there's a spinning wheel game where 75% of the wheel is blue, 20% of the wheel is green, 4% of the wheel is red, and 1% of the wheel is white.
There is a blue table, a red table, a green table, but no white table.
You are given little poker chips, each representing a bet. Putting your chip on a table is a bet for the color of that table; but you can only bet one chip at a time.
If the spinner ends up on Blue, then everyone who bet on Blue gets five dollars and everyone who didn't bet on blue pays five dollars. If the spinner ends up on Green, then everyone who bet on Green gets 18 dollars and 75 cents. If the spinner ends up on Red, everyone who bet on Red gets 93 dollars and 75 cents, and everyone who didn't has to pay 93 dollars and 75 cents.
If the spinner ends up on White, everyone has to pay. Those who bet on blue pay 5 dollars, those who bet on green pay 18 dollars and 75 cents, those who bet on Red pay 93 dollars and 75 cents.
What do you do?
Let's say you have a game where you have a 75% chance to win 5 dollars or a 20% chance to win $18.75 or a four-per-cent chance of winning
You are the end result of a “would you push the button” prompt where the prompt was “you have unlimited godlike powers but you appear to all and sundry to be an impetuous child” – Zero, 2022
Hi people
I'm cuter than you
Also I miss H*R sometimes, even though I know they've moved on

really? Shit, toss 'em my way if you're so inclined. Don't feel obliged to but if you've got no other plans for 'em I'll take 'em.
Actually check the minimum requirements on Isaac first, I know that sounds silly but I've heard of people having problems running it.
good job.
also Bunny tbh I don't really want Cave Story too much but I'll definitely take BOI.
I'm gonna be using the Shoot First control scheme by accident so many times while playing this.
While it downloads, I think I shall Crusade some Kingdoms.
OK, question for dudelios who play CK2.

really looks more like a combover to me.
Assassin poems, Poems that shoot
guns. Poems that wrestle cops into alleys
and take their weapons leaving them dead
That said, Charles' heir is Louis, so it's possible we'll end up serving him anyway.
