As shallow as it is, yes, the A-cup counts against her because she has nothing else to be interested in personality wise. I mean like if she was a talented writer, was a graphic designer/interior decorator or was able to expand my mental and ethical horizons with beautiful discussions and prose, I wouldn't care if she was A-cup. But since she has almost no personality beyond "nice country-loving girl" then the only other thing to look forward to is "is she attractive?", which she isn't.
It's more of this, as a rough example: Emily finds Kay attractive and becomes friends with her. Kay accepts this and keeps her in the thoughts but doesn't think of her as someone she would date. Emily begins to fall in love with Kay after spending a lot of time with her at work, and after figuring out she's Bi, asks her out. Kay declines because she doesn't find Emily attractive. Emily asks if her and Kay can still be friends, but doesn't relinquish her feelings upon requesting this, under the mind set "Her being my friend is better than nothing". Kay accepts this, and inducts Emily into the Friendzone in order to attempt to ward away Emily's feelings.
Well for her I am everything that she desires, to her I am very gorgeous, interesting, she always wants to talk to me, I am not overtly cruel or perverted towards her, I do listen to what she has to say and I help her out when nobody else wants to (like giving her rides home or letting her stay at my house until her room mates sober up/pass out). She thinks the world of me.
Unfortunately for her, I may be her Heart of Everything, but she is not mine. Just because you are the perfect match for somebody doesn't mean they are the perfect match for you.
