So upon seeing a reference to "the City of Aurora" on AARoads I immediately thought of Colorado

You know it's weird to me that Disney owns Marvel now.
Me too.
Also, why does the G3 My Little Pony theme make me think of Powell, Ohio and the Columbus Zoo?

I've learned to tolerate drama...except on the boat
Dougie! Dougie!
Reynold ran, and ran, and he said, "look, if you want answers, you need to talk to CBS 4"
So CBS 4 spoke, and it said "Bring me the head of KUSA"
KUSA was in the park, but it fell on its butt. And everybody laughed. Everybody. KUSA had to run into a bush to escape embarrassment at the hands of its tormentors.
CBS 4 revealed itself to be KCNC, the station that formerly held the market's NBC affiliation. "Nevermind you, this is my challenge". KCNC decided to slash at KUSA with a blade forged by Paul Bunyan in the darkest caverns of Texas, but it did not work, as KUSA was invincible at the time. But the station fell on its butt again, and it surrendered. Thus KCNC became Reynold's son, as the station forcibly moved in with Reynold upon defeating KUSA. KUSA escaped to South Carolina, where nobody knows it except a couple of people who used to live in the market.
The station would eventually be deported to Chile.

...and having read that, my mind immediately leaps to eating at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers after going and getting a Christmas tree somewhere near Alexandria, Ohio.
Is tonight "Central Avenue remembers random moments night" or something?

In 1995, Louie Van Horn, a cashier at a Kroger store in Parkersburg, West Virginia, wrote all 7 acts of Homestuck in spiral notebooks in his spare time. Then on April 13, 1996, Louie went out to get some AA batteries and was never seen again.
The Homestuck notebooks were later found by a man named Andrew Hussie, who took the idea and adapted it into a webcomic. As a tribute to the story's original creator, Hussie has hidden Louie Van Horn's initials in every flash panel within the comic.

I suppose it's just as well, as I was planning to eat it straight out of the jar and that is probably not a thing I should do.

THE COUCH POTATOES
I still kind of enjoy it, though
...is it anorak time yet?
AU has invaded my mind
I hear it. Hear it.
I hear it. Hear it.
I hear it. Hear it.

Big axe. Big axe. Big axe. Big axe.
Sweating...sweating...sweating...sweating
SWEATING
Probably shouldn't, as for 8 years prior they owned the Marvel-produced, Fox-aired cartoons
Oh well. Trippy shit

Apparently this was in a Twilight. Great! Now I can never, ever like it.
I read that song name and thought of Heavy from TF2.
My kind of love song.
God damn it. Now I want to write on my story.

This is the image I most associate AU with.
Bleh. Work study why?

For ABC News, this is Central Avenue.
That tree was Bloomberg.
I'm not sure whether or not I prefer it to the usual Jif.
