On Monday, May 27, 2013 the Scottish duo Boards of Canada hosted the first listening party for their album Tomorrow's Harvest from the park. [3] Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not show without a {{Reflist}} template or a <references /> tag (see thehelp page).
^^ Clearly, like the young female readers of shounen-ai magazines, he is projecting himself on you as an audience surrogate. Which means that he wants me to—
Wait.
It all makes sense! All I need is a schoolgirl uniform...
and also it is not only ad hominem it's waaaaaaaaaay below the belt
But yeah, I know this. This person wasn't seeking any sort of discussion, and she attacked me on multiple occasions. I see no reason why I should be polite and reasonable to a person who was being belligerent and unpleasant to me.

That does not give you a right to be petty and mean-spirited, Kexruct. It gives you the high ground, not a licence to wallow.
Why not? She wasn't kicked out of high school or anything. She dropped out after four months to "become a writer."
Dude.
I flunked out of high school. I failed and flounced
Are you saying that this makes me stupid and lazy by default?
Not unless you constantly went on about how much better than everyone you were.
That does not warrant going below the belt. That warrants confronting the person on what makes them insufferable and making them accept it or, failing that, getting in a good, fair jab. Personal attacks are not cool. Ever.
Odd thing about the Metrobus around here that I just rememebred: The drivers wear a uniform that has a "METROBUS OPERATOR" patch on it, whose logo is based on the front of a GM RTS bus. Thing is, WMATA has never used RTS buses, preferring Fishbowls (and their follow-ons like the Metro and the various Orion buses) and BRT-style buses.
Rapid Transit System (GM's grand scheme to replace the Fishbowl, which kind of backfired on them though a few people bought them, most notably the NYC MTA), and Bus Rapid Transit (newer streamline designs that look vaguely like train cars).
I'm pretty sure that's the Kmart at Seminole Trail and Hydraulic Road, in case you want to look it up. We went there all the time back when we lived near Charlottesville, since there was no Walmart or Target then, and Roses sucked even more than Kmart did.
Not anymore; GM sold most of its bus division to MCI in the 1980s, and they sold it on to NovaBus later on. Navistar makes buses under the IC brand, but they're also a specialist truck builder and don't make anything an average Joe would want.
Everything else has been built by third parties using stripped chassis provided by Ford, GM, International, etc. At some point, Blue Bird and Thomas started building their own chassis (or, in Thomas' case, using Freightliner medium-duty chassis) and so GM and Ford eventually stopped bothering.
Also, there were quite a few companies building school buses in the 1970s and 1980s; most of them, like Wayne, Superior and Carpenter are gone now, since after all the Baby Boomers and Gen Xers graduated, the schools didn't need the capacity anymore. Gillig made school buses for the California market, but stopped in 1996 to concentrate on their (very busy) transit bus business (which I'm sure has only gotten busier since Orion, who made a lot of buses, shut down).
I also see quite a few IC and Blue Bird buses (transit versions of their school buses) being used as shuttles between government/military buildings here.

So as I'm wont to do, I read some comments in a comment section of a thing I found from a web-site.
The original comment was a joke, but then someone posted contrary and in such a way as to not understand the joke.
"You're brain-damaged. Those comments are jokes."
"Hey now. Brain damaged is a serious accusation. More like uninformed. Some people can't see a joke right away. It takes them a while."
Also: what do "RTS" and "BRT" mean?
