Well, I base that on what the private equity owners intended on doing with Miramax upon taking over: basically, just exploiting its film library via licensing deals (which include licensing it to Netflix) and developing sequels to entries in it.
I never looked for any Miramax content on Netflix, though...I know The Crow is on there as of last month, only because Mother watched it.
