Anonus, It seems like winter wrap up was not a total success here in Minnesota either, but I probably should defer to Naney on that.
Imipolex G, where were you in May 1994 If it is alright for me to ask, would you actually like to know this information from anyone or was that directed at certain people?

I'm very confused.
How is it OHIO of all places seems to be having Spring-like weather for once (hell, the overnight low is 62F) but all my friends live places where it's still wintry?
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."

Atlanta is having very spring-like weather at the moment. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if we had summer-like weather soon.

The 9-9-9 format was chosen based on the 'button A' and 'button B' design of pre-payment coin-operated public payphones in wide use (first introduced in 1925) which could be easily modified to allow free use of the 9 digit on the rotary dial in addition to the 0 digit (then used to call the operator), without allowing free use of numbers involving other digits
Besides, Wenlock was such a master of trickery and betrayal; he may have even cheated death. Serious Historians have made a convincing argument for him faking his death and living a few years after he's commonly believed to have died via a fatal case of mace-through-head.
Even if he didn't do that, and he actually died then; mace-through-head is a pretty awesome way to die.
I think you should read Tycho Brahe's article on Bad*** of the week. Drunk moose, astronomer henchmen, dwarf best friend, swordfight.
^ Okay, Imipolex, he had a look-alike of him killed in the battle. Also, the guy with the mace who killed him was his boss/commander, the Duke of Somerset;and he was (1) possibly in on Wenlock with this plot.
Of course, the accepted idea that Somerset killed Wenlock is pretty awesome; as it assumes, in a way, that Wenlock was such a scoundrel and traitor; even his frigging boss, in the middle of a frigging battle; went out of his way to kill him. Dude, any traitor who can elicit that kind of reaction has got to be magnificent.

There are cows that make strawberry milk in Harvest Moon now?
I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, since it's a Japanese game, but still.
Supposedly they were introduced in "My Little Shop" along with coffee cows. The whole thing kind of makes me wonder what it would be like if strawberry, chocolate, coffee, and other flavored milk cows (root beer maybe) actually existed in real life.

also i'm suspicious of the word "rhythm"
never trust a word whose only vowel is y
i mean seriously, a reputable word would at least spring for a permanent vowel

It's funny because you have to cut class to start one of your Social Links. :P

I'm amazed that I have a third of the posts in a thread titled "Philosophical/Sociological Dicussions."
I've just been thinking about these things a lot, and that was the perfect opportunity to talk about them.
Also, I'm happy the discussion is going so well. I was honestly expecting that I'd make everybody upset and regret saying anything. Maybe I've just been on Tumblr too much.

The internet has practically nothing on Sir Baron John Wenlock.
I mean, stupid historically-ignorant modern people.
He's the freaking poster boy for traitors; he's The Prince Of Turncoats!
IMIIIIIIIIII *hug* :D
Now entertain yourself, you have the whole damn internet
Benedict Arnold is the poster boy for failed traitors. As in, the kind that never managed to accomplish their actual betrayal.
And, if you want to be entertained, watch The Rescuers Down Under.
Even if he didn't do that, and he actually died then; mace-through-head is a pretty awesome way to die.
Don't just google him, get to the library.
Aliroz this person may interest you because she is from ye olden times.
I'll just assume he snuck out the back door
That lady is awesome/terrifying.

Sorry, that was a really silly thing for me to say. As for your question, probably either in Wisconsin or not born yet.
Nice. :)
