It occurred to me recently that I tend to try making friends with people who are in fandoms. Almost any fandom really. I really like fandoms for some reason. I guess I just like seeing people be enthusiastic about stuff.
i think i, personally, still draw a distinction between online/real shit anyway
i would say im much more obnoxious online
sorry about that
:B
but yeah soon itll be pointless to do that and i think as much as how i act offline bleeds into how i act online, how i act online is also bleeding into how i act offline (not necessarily a bad thing....but spooky as hell.)
I draw the distinction between how I behave online and in real life in the same way that I draw the distinction between how I behave around different groups of people. At most, I try to premeditate what I say more when I write it, partly because I am naturally very impulsive when it comes to saying things and partly because some things simply don't translate well into text, like laughing hysterically (which I do here from time to time) and certain facial expressions. I could type them out, but that diminishes the immediacy, so I try to convey them indirectly.
I think that I come off as more of a space cadet in real life than I do on the Internet. When I ramble in person, it tends to be much less linear in progression and much more... erratic, I guess? I also tend to fixate on things in a way that probably annoys other people to death, and will often revive threads of conversation from as much as an hour earlier just because I had some stupid thing to say then but didn't.
Then again, I still do this online. Just, you know, not as much.
"Radioactive" was lauded by critics. Anne Erickson of Audio Ink Radio gave the song a rating of 4.5 out of 5, calling it "hook-y [and] emotional", and stated that the "drama" and "excitement" of the song would allow "Radioactive" to appeal to both alternative pop fans and hard rockers.[4] AbsolutePunk gave a positive review, calling the acoustic section of the song "haunting", and called the chorus "hypnotizing".[5] Dara Hickey of Unreality Shout also reacted positively, calling the song the "darkest moment" on the album, and stated that, like all the other songs on the album, "Radioactive" was successful in creating a sound that "never fails to take off and send fists skyward".[6] IGN lauded the song, calling it "strangely intense and abrasive", and stated that "Radioactive" was "perhaps the greatest calling card of Imagine Dragons".[7] Crave Online called the song an "opening throb", saying that the song "sexes up the dub-flirtation with a verse hingeing on the line "this is it the apocalypse" and a triumphant chorus, with more than a few shades of Hip-Hop in the production", and that the song was "radio-ready as they come".[8] Our Vinyl stated that the "power of this song is outstanding with heavy drums and more of an electronic feel than the rest of the album and strong, impressive vocals from front-man Dan Reynolds which are reciprocated throughout the LP".[9]
We found new golden seams, unspoken riches within grasp. But rains started flooding the mines as if through an unknown underground channel. And since the non-stop rain everyone lost hopes that the water will be soaked into ground. Also the whole surroundings die with the coming autumn. The deer of the nearby forests jumped to our turnspit in summer. A flash of lightning hit the city granary and what has not been burned immediately gradually rot. Rats entered the city, they climb all the houses as if they lost their senses. The cats vanished. Even people did not escape the sickness inner part of the city has been closed in terror.

I'm not sure whether I should be excited because D3's track record scares me a bit and the idea of Regular Show in video game form is a bit too good to be true but I'll bite. I'll see how it looks and then decide.
also since I apparently have to mention death metal...

I kinda doubt Todd will still be doing his thing in twenty years.
I wouldn't be too surprised if he was still doing something, but series in general just don't last that long.
