There's a Spencer's at Eastland Mall in Columbus, I know that. Might be one at Easton Town Center, too, I'm not sure.
I don't think I've ever actually been inside, oddly enough. Maybe I shall sometime.

I was just lying awake in bed thinking about what made me like 999 and VLR so much and I got all ~introspective~ and I think I ended up giving myself several emotional groin kicks in the process so I'm going to talk here for a while to make myself feel a little better.
i can hear their influences clearly, but they don't seem to be adding much to them.
Which influences, if I might ask?
I will add that the album as a whole is definitely worth listening to, if only for the fact that it goes in some very peculiar stylistic directions. "Full Of Fire", as much as I might enjoy it, is one of the most sonically straightforward things on the album.
i was half asleep when i wrote that buuuut iirc the bass sounds reminded me a lot in places of stuff from Chestplate records, can't think of a song in particular, and the vocals reminded me of bjork kinda?
fuck why are there two mice in my room and WHY CAN'T I SWIM INTO THAT FUCKIN CAVE

I can sort of see what you mean with the Chestplate comparison, but the distortion and general aggression of the beat is pretty antithetical to that label's overall subtler approach. As for Andersson taking influence from Björk... maybe Björk at her most manic and creepy, like on "Enjoy" (which shares a similar vibe and theme), but she honestly reminds me more of Linda Sterling of Ludus or the vocalist of God Is My Co-Pilot in terms of approach. It's very punkish, really.

One weird side effect of my only social life being an online one: Sometimes I'm genuinely not sure how much of myself is internet persona and how much is really me.

i think i, personally, still draw a distinction between online/real shit anyway
i would say im much more obnoxious online
sorry about that
:B
but yeah soon itll be pointless to do that and i think as much as how i act offline bleeds into how i act online, how i act online is also bleeding into how i act offline (not necessarily a bad thing....but spooky as hell.)
i will eventuallybecome a probable weird melding of 'Real Life Self' and...... and sunn wolf i guess
as will everyone (w/r/t online/real selves) and as some are already (the younger ones)
i for one welcome this new weird rebirth where everyone will hopefully start openly talking as though they are a Weird Twitter feed. let's do that. that would be Good
in the future when everyone will have posted some kind of stupid shit somewhere, people wll eventually just stop caring, becauuse everyone did it, and it wont sell newspapers and then the media wont report it, because nobody willcare.
it will become the equivalent of, idk, criticising someone because they said 'fuck' in a playground when they were 12 or something. public/private and recorded/unrecorded will become useless distinctions and then people will not care. hopefully this leads to cool shit like politicians saying 'fuck' and 'i love bdsm gay sex' and nobody gives a shit

Well, I guess my thing is this: when it comes to online communication, I tend to gravitate toward venues that are pretty well accepting of my particular brand of silliness—this forum, #trashheap, Tumblr, etc. Sure, in real life I call myself a princess sometimes, and I talk about cartoons a lot and stuff, but I couldn't get away with things like "god I wish I were an alicorn" or "hey, I'm gonna roleplay as a rambunctious 8-year-old who hates Ms. Teacherson!" in real life the way I can online.
So, basically, my question is: if I'm sillier online than in real life, does that mean I act silly on the internet, or that I'm really a silly person and I just show it more online? I'd like to think it's the latter, but I'm not sure.

You know, that makes sense.
On an unrelated note: I wonder how difficult it is for someone who learned to drive in a right-hand drive country to adjust to a left-hand drive country, or vice versa. There are a lot of subtle cues that you don't really think about—in the US, for instance, the road markings have been standardized since the '70s so that the yellow stripe always goes on your left. On a two way road, the yellow stripe(s) divide the two directions of traffic, and on a one-way road or carriageway, the the yellow stripe denotes the edge of the leftmost lane.

Also, living on the sea sounds pretty rad.
Did I miss something, did you euthanize your Gnawful companion cube?
I for one miss the perpetual gnaw
I never got real far in that game because I was a pussy
an interesting article for you on this subject: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2013/apr/07/paris-brown-atypical-teenager-worst-self
(précis: 'internet persona' and 'really me' are increasingly much the same.)

my prediction on the paris brown Case:
