I keep wanting to flesh out the Center for Discovery.
DC changed their logo officially. I wasn't a fan of it before, but I think the execution of the brand saved it.
Also, the fact that I instantly got that this was the Green Lantern variation of the logo shows that they put some good thought into it, which is nice.

I'm interested in seeing the moving variations of it that they'll use for teh vidya gamez and also their movies. The 2005 logo was pretty good in that regard.
I feel like it'd work well in the style of the Watchmen logos (and it wouldn't be as 2005-ish in comparison to Warner, Paramount and Legendary's).

Also, one more thing about the new DC logo: the fact that the big "C" doesn't match up with the other two sort of bothers me in a nitpicky way, but I don't mind too much.

...You know, Pinkie Pie begging the Cakes to let her babysit and the part about "sometimes our desire for responsiblity can outrun our actual ability to handle it" reminded me of when I used to practically beg for a mod position on IJBM2. I can't even do a good job moderating a forum dedicated to shitposting!
I should read the series sometime. The movie was pretty good, though that one scene with Nite Owl and Silk Spectre II and the way Rorschach died made me go bluh.
They had artists and writers lined up and everything. It was horrible. Horrible.
I love the movie (well, the Extended Edition, but that's like 5 hours long), but the comic is better in my opinion. More characterization all around (especially with Silk Spectre II).

There hasn't been much happening at the CWCki recently since Chris managed to piss off the wrong people and get felony charges against him. That said, the back catalog of WTF is huge and I don't think I've even seen most of it yet.

Lots of their stories are still overly gory, gimmicky, exploitative and full of half-hearted attempts at injecting sex, but I like that logo.
What I don't like that there's a Watchmen variant. Please don't make more Watchmen stuff, DC. Please don't.
1) Anything (important) that could be covered in prequels was already covered in Watchmen.
2) Watchmen is not a story you make a sequel to.
