  I'm worried I'm terrible. I inadvertently did so much sleeping yesterday that I've stayed up most of the day today, with only a sleeping gap of 3 hours or so.

  
  

  I still can't control when I sleep, the whole thing last week with having to take my brother and/or dad around all week just made things worse, and I haven't been able to see a doctor yet.
