Anybody can use that word or any other word because that's all they are. Just words. There are no set rules about how anyone can go about using a word. Your sex, race, culture, age, height, weight, ability, disability, hair color, eye color, or if someone else 'grants' you the use of said word have no actual bearing here whatsoever.
The real question is: should you or anyone else use a word in everyday life that others find terribly offensive? I can't think of one good reason why.

From what I was made to understand, people are outraged over a song that some hack sang on stage that, entirely by the choice of the audience, could be taken as something that trivializes the crime of rape. Related to this very matter are the facts that nobody was killed, harmed, or even silenced during Seth's assault on good taste.
And yes, I am going to outright dismiss this complaint without a second thought and this is due to the fact that I have a sense of propriety. That is to say that I have a choice in deciding that a ridiculous song somehow trivializes a violent crime and then being angry over what amounts to nothing at all or I can reserve my concern for something that's actually tangible and terrible.
Going to back to the sense of propriety, all this anger is being channeled at a throwaway piece of crude humor by a clown who is known for specializing in this very sort of thing, and in an environment that enables this sort of crude behavior to begin with.
There clearly are much, much worse things in the world, but you at least agree that it was in poor taste. i don't think anyone wants the dude to be deported or whatever.
(There's the separate question of if any of the women mentioned felt personally insulted, which they'd have every right to be. That's between them and him.)
