I had to quit my job. My mother's getting a fulltime and since my stepdad doesn't seem to want anything to do with the kids, I'm going to have to start teaching them after we move, since they all go to Connections Academy (cyber/homeschool thing).
I'm also going to college for realzies now, for sound production. That'll be in the fall, though.
In the meantime I also have no fewer than four music projects in the works (two are collaborations, with our own Sredni Vashtar and Sunn Wolf), as well as a solo tape and a trap EP. Here's something from the former if you're interested.
I also e-mailed some beats to Alexander Spit the other day. Maybe he'll look at them, idk.

Not to a very notable city, albeit. Allentown is mostly known for having been the subject of a Billy Joel song. But it's a proper city and I think I'll like it more than the humdrum suburb I live in right now.

I'm not sure I should've bothered sending beats to someone who self-produces. This beat tape of his is very nice, and the Ludacris sample on the opener is really clever.

So, Corp, since you actually draw a comic, is it a good idea to do a rough but more or less complete version of a page and then trace over it to clean it up before posting it? Because that's what I've been doing lately.
Remember back in the 50s when they'd record like Elvis singing YOU AIN'T NOTHIN BUT A HOUND DOG and then they'd turn the record over and reverse it and it was all NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP NYERP and people were all like, "That is actually the voice of Satan coming from that song."
Think of it this way: it's better than having "Pikachu's Goodbye" stuck in your head.

Well, it doesn't really matter how you go about doing it as long as the final results are how you want it. Personally, I go back and forth between drawing on paper and scanning it in or simply drawing my comic directly on my tablet with no paper involved (using Manga Studio.) Regardless of how I start it, I always finish by inking (digitally) in Manga Studio. If you have tablet, that's the way to go. If not, tracing your rough is also a viable option, as long as you can get clean linework into the computer with your scan. Scanning a rough and attempting cleanup with just a mouse is a pain in the ass.

Oh, and to answer the question that was asked a while back: I don't think there's a simple way to customize or replace the default icon, since it's provided through the Gravatar add-on and doesn't even seem to be hosted on this site... :\
Personally, I'd like to change it, too. The current one is a bit too Facebooky for my tastes, and also it's clearly a man.
