I can tell whoever tested Tumblr's photo uploading feature didn't use Linux. You know how I know?
When you open the uploader, it tries to filter for image files...but it does so by looking for lowercase file extensions like .jpg and .png, whereas most cameras save files ending in all-caps extensions like .JPG.
So when the file selection dialog pops up, it shows no images in this folder, even though I know they're there:
To make them actually show up, I have to switch it from "Image Files" to "All Files":

"True Colors" has positive connotations to me because I associate it with the Cyndi Lauper song, in which it's used positively (or rather, I associate it with Phil Collins' cover, since I'm a '90s kid), but I don't know if that holds true for the public at large.
