Oh, that's very true, but I think we're finally taking it to its logical extreme. I mean, PPG only ended in 2005, and while I guess that's longer ago than it seems, it's still not all that long.

New Line Cinema was working on a movie to wrap up Jack, but it got canceled because WB's PPG movie flopped (thanks to shitty marketing and stiff competition).
The PPG movie flopping is probably why we don't see any more CN properties on the big screen now.
