I believe you can find it on a couple vid sites by just googling "serial experiments lain watch online", that's how I found it years ago and for some reason those sites never seem to get shut down.

The first couple dubbed episodes are also on Youtube but not all of them for some reason.

If worst comes to worst I can probably just like rip you the files off of my DVD set, but I'd have to figure out how to do that, first.
