So I was getting a ride from a friend and on the way to his car he was asking me what kind of music I like so he could see if he had it on his phone. When we got in, he plugged his phone in and- I don't know why I found this hilarious, but I did- a Lily Allen song started playing. He switched it pretty quickly and acted like it wasn't for him until I was like "Don't worry, I'm not going to criticize your tastes" and all that.
I maintain that the only nerdcore rapper who had any staying power was Mega Ran, and to a much lesser extent, Jesse Dangerously.
Also it's interesting how the comedy/news ratio of the Daily Show shifts from episode to episode. The first episode after they came back from their Christmas break was very serious and dealt with gun control, this one was mostly them making fun of Clarence Thomas.
It's actually quite good for a game with an isometric perspective. A lot of the newer areas (like the updated Wizard's Tower, for example) are downright gorgeous.
i didnt like runescape, not even when i was 14 , this one guy who later became a GIANT RAGING FURRY tried to convince me toplay it and when i did my computer my crashed and i was like "fuck you im never playing runescape again"
I think a lot of the problem is that it's a very unconventional MMO in that the emphasis is placed on many aspects other than combat and most people don't like to play MMOs that way.

this is something I hate about almost every MMO currently on the market.
You can't just level up and learn cool magic or something, no, you have to build up your mining skill by clicking on rocks for six hours first.
I mean there are people who are into the whole life sim thing and that's cool I just wish there were like, other options.
yea it was way cool but was like 13 year old size so i cant wear it now obviously, my boyfriend is oneof those annoying people who was full grown at like age 12 so he has this mega old purple tie dye shirt with a huge fuckoff dragon on it and im jealous forever

Grinding on Runescape is weird. It's strangely engaging scouring the wiki, looking for obscure ways to maximize xp gain and the like.
i use skyrim in the life sim kinda way so yea im just some dude, or i was intending to be just some dude, but as is inevitably the skyrim way im now just some dude also, by the way who can summon 2 dremora lords at once and master of Alchemy.

I'm sure it is for you. I prefer games where I can at least gleam most of the things I need to know from the game itself and not have to rely on a third party.

Oh, definitely. I wasn't trying to convince anyone of anything; I know that Runescape isn't a game for everybody.
I can't see you getting into Skyrim too much; I thought you didn't like video games?
